Our history
We are a trusted General Contracting Company proudly serving the Southwest Florida region. Founded in Naples, our owner Craig Oswald brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis Construction Management and has earned prestigious designations from the National Association of Home Builders, including, Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). In addition to these credentials, Craig is a licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector in the State of Florida. Our company is built on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of Florida homeowners.
